Continuing with my favorite floral fits from this year, is this colorful Maxi. This dress is something to behold in person, pictures do not do it justice! I feel so tall in this dress which is amazing since i'm on the short side. I love how simple this look is; there is something about not adding accesories to a look and it just standing on its own that makes me happy, makes me feel like even a fashion addict like myself can simma down! I was channeling my inner flower child and had fun with it.

Floral will never get on my nerves. It's super girlie and always a good time. I found myself drawn to this beauty of a print this year more so than normal. Not all floral prints are the same; the line between classy and curtainy is a bit thin but I gladly accept the challenge to identify the latter and consume the first. For the next couple of posts I will be sharing my favorite Floral looks from this year so far, starting with button up pointed collars.

Forest Folk

THEURBANDOLL

I wanted to style a Bridal look for this week's post (after all we are in wedding season). Perhaps it's due to my recent fix of Etsy & Pinterest browsing, filled with so many adorable ideas for a vintage-feel outdoor wedding that has left me inspired. Whatever the reason, I knew I wanted to shoot my laid back bride in the woods for a rustic, romantic feel; so I grabbed my sister/photographer, my model with her mandolin in tow and away we went.
